Karlie gave me clear, detailed, and easy instructions on how to do each asana we practiced. That helped me become truly connected with an asana and get the atmost benefits out of our practice. she was also very good at making the practice flow and progress as we went. To put it in simple word; practicing yoga with Karlie felt whole and effective. Other than that, she's truly passionate and insightful when she talks about yoga. This is the type of instructor you'd wanna practice with.

I attended a sound healing session with Karlie, and it was amazing! I had no idea what to expect, but I am hooked! I suffer with chronic pain throughout my body and was suprised at how well the sound waves worked to calm my constant inflammation and pain. Her calm, joyful presence and in-depth knowledge of the practicecreated such a peaceful, healing class. I slept like a baby that night!

Karlie is an amazing yoga instructor. She sahred her knowledge of Yoga as she encouraged me to push myself. Karlie taught me to aceept where my body was today! By the end of class I was proud of my accomplishments as I am new to Yoga. I was completey relaxed and felt connected to my body. I highly reccomend taking a class with Karlie!

Karlie has really good knowledge on yoga and the sound healing aspect! I have never done a. yoga class like hers before & I left feeling stretched, revived, and content. I never knew why my hi[s were so tight until doing her class. I love watching her videos and new yoga locations! Can’t wait to continue taking her classes! Thanks Karlie!
