  • Yoga is for everyone! It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, young or old, flexible or not. Yoga meets you where you are on your journey and can be tailored to your individual needs and abilities.

  • Comfort is key when it comes to yoga attire. Choose clothing that allows you to move freely and won't restrict your movements. Opt for breathable materials that keep you cool and comfortable during your practice. Don't forget to wear layers if needed, and bring along any props you might have, such as a yoga mat and blocks, to enhance your experience.

  • The great thing about yoga is that you don't need much equipment to get started. At a minimum, a yoga mat is recommended to provide cushioning and grip during poses. Depending on your practice and preference, you might also consider using props like yoga blocks, straps, and bolsters to support your alignment and comfort. As you advance, you can explore additional equipment that enhances your practice.

  • Absolutely! Yoga can be a wonderful practice for expectant mothers. However, it's important to let your instructor know about your pregnancy so that they can provide modifications and guide you through poses that are safe for you and your baby. Prenatal yoga classes are designed specifically to support pregnant women's changing bodies and promote relaxation and strength during pregnancy. 1:1 classes are highly recommended for pregnant women to get the specialized guidance specific to their needs.
